Customer Support Technician

As a Customer Support Technician at mediCAD Hectec GmbH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our French-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and training to customers, particularly those in France and the surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and training to customers via remote or on-site sessions
- Process technical customer requests and maintain customer contacts in our CRM system
- Help customers troubleshoot software usage issues
- Install and configure our planning software on customer systems
- Connect our software to customer picture archive systems (PACS)
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and communicate with the Quality and Development departments to improve our services
- Completed training in computer systems management or a degree in computer science
- Advanced knowledge in computer systems management (Windows Server) and DB (SQL Server environment)
- Basic knowledge in IP network technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and German (French is an advantage)
- A competitive salary range of 32-36k€ brutto
- A bonus of €200 brutto per training
- Annual bonus based on objective defined at the start of each year
- Intensive and regular internal training process
