About the Role

As a Customer Support Technician at mediCAD Hectec GmbH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our French-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and training to customers, particularly those in France and the surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers via remote or on-site sessions
  • Process technical customer requests and maintain customer contacts in our CRM system
  • Help customers troubleshoot software usage issues
  • Install and configure our planning software on customer systems
  • Connect our software to customer picture archive systems (PACS)
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and communicate with the Quality and Development departments to improve our services
Requirements
  • Completed training in computer systems management or a degree in computer science
  • Advanced knowledge in computer systems management (Windows Server) and DB (SQL Server environment)
  • Basic knowledge in IP network technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German (French is an advantage)
