Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital content strategy that engages candidates and promotes our employer brand across social media platforms, our website careers page, and employer review sites.
  • Create and post engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase our company culture and employee experience.
  • Manage and coordinate internal communication with key stakeholders through our intranet, MyLEM, by organizing editorial meetings, defining processes, coordinating the publication calendar, producing, reviewing, or refining content, and serving as the gatekeeper of the publication line.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital publications, campaigns, and projects by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth.
