Lead Wholesale Sales and Business Development

Spiceworks Ziff Davis is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Wholesale Sales and Business Development activities targeting prospective clients in the US market via our wholly owned brand Ziff Davis Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with a focus on generating revenue from wholesale sales leads.
  • Communicate effectively the value proposition of our sales leads and how they can impact the prospect's marketing ROI across marketing and sales departments.
  • Lead contract negotiation, development, and execution processes to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Devise and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and monitor performance against goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling digital marketing solutions to technology marketers or Omnichannel Marketing/LeadGen reseller partners.
  • Proven track record of channel sales success, with recognition such as President's Club or similar accolades.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant sales automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time for client meetings and company events.
