Job Title: Business Sales Account Executive

Amundi Technology is a leading provider of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the identification and targeting of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the collective investment industry across the DACH countries, including asset managers, insurers, pension funds, and family offices.
  • Develop and manage the sales process to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Amundi ALTO Investment Technology solutions and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as the optimal choice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, pre-sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the local industry and ecosystem, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in financial technology sales or solution selling approach with a focus on collective investment.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management market across the German-speaking countries of Europe, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in French and/or English; German is required.
  • Willingness to travel to France and internationally as needed.
  • University/Engineering school/Business school Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
