Your Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist - Maritime Import for our Lyon - Saint Exupéry agency. As a key contact for our clients, you will work closely with our Maritime team to ensure seamless customer service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement new client onboarding processes in collaboration with Commerce, Operations, and Pricing teams.
  • Define transportation plans and create files according to client expectations, ensuring coordination with relevant teams.
  • Ensure carrier strategy application and guarantee gross margin by controlling and verifying purchases, sales, and outstanding amounts.
  • Provide regular communication with clients, ensuring complete visibility on their shipments through collected data.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by respecting SOPs and cahiers des charges, providing operational support for client meetings.
  • Participate in debt recovery and ensure payment from clients.
  • Update internal systems regularly, ensuring accurate automation and quality of data reports.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Transport/logistics background.
  • 5 years of professional experience recommended in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the maritime sector, incoterms mastery.
  • Excellent commercial relationship skills.
  • Appetite for processes and IT tools.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong adaptability to change, diplomacy, and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit, good relational skills, and ability to develop a service culture.
  • Professional English.
