About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our team at adm Group. As a key member of our client operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of client accounts and driving the successful implementation of our sales programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Briefs: Draft and prepare client briefs as per specifications, ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Administrative Tasks: Send briefs to purchasing, review and process quotes, and ensure mock-ups meet standards.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with quality and logistics for returns and order tracking, communicate production feedback for order validation, meet validation deadlines, and update project timelines.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in project management and/or sales administration, preferably in the cosmetics or fashion sector.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator, is a plus.
