Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Android Application Framework Developer to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will participate in various development activities, focusing on Android Application framework to ease the development of applications in Android terminals. Your mission will be to analyze requirements from customers, draft a technical solution, participate in the development of features, and contribute to the test effort. You will also be responsible for participating in the documentation of deliverables, both internal and external, and supporting customers with maintenance and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the global picture and deep into details, identify impact on other components of the system.
  • Stay up to date regarding the technology in the domain and be always one step forward regarding persons using this technology.
  • Act as the technical referent for project manager, product manager, manager, and customer regarding the status on the software project you are leading.
  • Have a continuous improvement spirit and be able to enable actions to improve the work environment, the software project schedule & quality, ...

Requirements

You have a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience in relevant software development functions. You are fluent in English and have experience in the payment domain. You are familiar with management and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, BI, ...) and have experience in the payment domain.

  • Mentoring software developer to help increasing the expertise of colleagues.
