Notre client est un leader mondial en solutions TIC, offrant des technologies de pointe dans les domaines du RAN, Wireless, Storage, Fibre (FTTH, FTTx), IT, Core Network et Microwave. Basé à Boulogne, ce poste vous permettra de collaborer avec un acteur majeur des télécoms.

Description

En tant qu'Account Manager Telecoms, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Piloter et soutenir l'engagement client avec les interlocuteurs techniques clés,
  • Gérer les relations avec des clients stratégiques pour renforcer les collaborations et développer des opportunités,
  • Identifier et développer des opportunités commerciales en ligne avec la stratégie de l'entreprise,
  • Collecter et analyser les informations marketing pour améliorer les relations clients,
  • Coordonner les activités entre l'entreprise et ses clients pour assurer la satisfaction et l'efficacité,
  • Promouvoir les solutions technologiques (RAN, Wireless, Storage, Fibre, IT, Core Network, Microwave) auprès des clients définis,
  • Développer des plans de travail et des équipes pour saisir les opportunités commerciales.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans les télécoms ou les TIC, avec des compétences solides en gestion de la relation client et en négociation. Une bonne maîtrise des solutions RAN, Wireless, Storage, Fibre, IT, Core Network et Microwave est souhaitée. Vous devez parler couramment le français et l'anglais ; le chinois est un plus. Vous devez être capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et comprendre les besoins des clients.
