Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director

At IDEMIA, we are on a mission to unlock the world and make it safer through our cutting-edge identity technologies. As a Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a key role in developing our employee value proposition and acquiring top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition function that provides near real-time insight into talent outside of IDEMIA.
  • Partner with talent development to drive strategic workforce planning and position IDEMIA to acquire talent before needs arise.
  • Lead a global team of professionals in talent acquisition, focusing on recruiting and selecting strategic 'game changers' who will progress our strategy at pace.
  • Embed a talent acquisition team that is well-respected and valued in the organization for delivering high-quality talent on time.
  • Establish insight capabilities that provide external market intelligence on senior leader/key value-creating positions.
  • Develop and implement selection and assessment methods to improve the chances of recruiting the best possible talent.
  • Lead key recruitment campaigns for talent such as graduates/apprentices and executives.
  • Establish and promote KPIs that demonstrate the capability of the talent acquisition function in contributing to the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading sizable recruitment teams.
  • Established a research/insights team with proven insight capability.
  • Highly analytical/cost and value aware.
  • Strong understanding of assessment and selection methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing/getting the best out of ATS deployments.
  • Significant experience in developing EVP/employer brands.
  • Project Management skills are essential.
  • Ability to formulate and execute long-term strategies that drive business growth.
