About the Role
As a key member of the Corporate Risk & Broking business area, the Business Finance Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the business leaders in their commercial decision-making, managing financial performance, and shaping future business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and advice to business leaders, focusing on both historical and forward-looking information.
- Support the business in commercial decision-making, financial performance management, and future business strategy development.
- Collaborate with the Financial Reporting and Control team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key business stakeholders, including the head of business finance partner for the cluster.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities, and assist in the preparation of contingency plans.
- Support the development of an in-depth working relationship with all key business stakeholders, and facilitate training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
