Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team and support our growing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
  • Collaborating with customers to identify and design use cases for Pasqal's QPUs
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process
  • Conducting regular technical reviews and optimization sessions
  • Providing regular training on Pasqal's solutions and latest updates
  • Translating customer needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities for the commercial team

This is a key role in a growing start-up, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

About You

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in large accounts
  • Strong understanding of quantum technology and knowledge of neutral atoms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
