Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs
- Become a trusted advisor by providing proactive guidance and technical recommendations
- Run advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products and recommend potential new solutions
- Manage customer communications and expectations
- Participate in customer conference calls and face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
- Good understanding of data networking protocols
- Hands-on experience with security products and technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Face-to-face and remote customer management experience
- Previous experience in a technical support position
