**Your Role**

As a Superviseur Service Client et Help Desk H/F, you will be responsible for:

  • **Leading the Helpdesk and Customer Service Team**: Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • **Technical Support**: Provide first-level maintenance, prepare reports, and coordinate with external providers to resolve technical issues.
  • **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, measure team performance, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for local and central hierarchies.
  • **Help Desk**: Respond to merchant inquiries and provide remote guidance.
  • **Supervising and Coordinating External Providers**: Manage daily activities and coordinate with various external providers, including convoyage, maintenance, telecommunications, security, installations, and cleaning services.
  • **Monitoring Daily Activities and Network Performance**: Ensure rapid resolution of issues and maintain optimal network availability.
  • **Participating in Marketing Activities**: Contribute to marketing efforts to promote Uptoo's services.
  • **Participating in Affiliate Activities**: Support the recruitment of new merchants and commercial partners (compliance, administration, training).
  • **Preparing Reports and Analyzing Performance**: Analyze DAB performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • **Transmitting Regular Reports**: Share performance updates with local and central hierarchies.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • **Positive Attitude and Leadership Skills**: Demonstrate strong leadership and a positive attitude.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess excellent communication skills and a strong sense of relation-building.
  • **Professional English Language Skills**: Have a professional level of English language proficiency.
  • **Previous Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor**: Have experience in a similar role, preferably in a help desk or customer service environment.
