Nous recherchons un Superviseur Service Client et Help Desk H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe à Uptoo. Vous serez chargé de superviser l'équipe Help Desk et Service Client, de fournir un excellent service client aux commerçants et de coordonner les activités quotidiennes.

Responsabilités
  • Supervision de l'équipe Help Desk et Service Client : vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'équipe et de la coordination des activités quotidiennes.
  • Support aux commerçants : vous fournirez un excellent service client aux commerçants, répondrez à leurs problèmes techniques et coordonnerez les activités avec les prestataires.
  • Service client : vous répondrez aux appels des clients et mesurerez la performance service client de l'équipe.
  • Help desk : vous répondrez aux appels des commerçants et les guiderez à distance.
  • Supervision et coordination : vous superviserez et coordonnerez les différents prestataires impliqués dans le réseau de DAB.
  • Surveillance des activités : vous surveillerez les activités quotidiennes et les éventuelles pannes du réseau pour apporter des solutions rapides aux problèmes rencontrés.
  • Participation aux activités de marketing : vous participerez aux activités de marketing pour promouvoir les services de Uptoo.
  • Participation aux activités d'affiliation : vous participerez aux activités d'affiliation de nouveaux commerçants et commerciaux.
  • Préparation de rapports : vous préparerez des rapports sur les activités et les performances des DAB.
Compétences requises
  • Leadership : vous devez avoir un excellent leadership pour superviser l'équipe.
  • Sens du service client : vous devez avoir un excellent sens du service client pour fournir un excellent service aux commerçants.
  • Communication : vous devez avoir de bonnes compétences en communication pour coordonner les activités avec les prestataires.
  • Organisation : vous devez avoir de bonnes compétences en organisation pour surveiller les activités quotidiennes.
Conditions d'emploi
  • Tickets restaurants : vous bénéficierez de tickets restaurants.
  • Télétravail : vous bénéficierez d'un jour de télétravail par semaine.
  • Statut : vous serez employé en tant que cadre.
  • RTT : vous bénéficierez de congés payés.
  • Contrat : vous serez employé à temps plein.
