Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager in our Demand Operation team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal ad revenue for our publishers.
You will oversee and optimize our ad stack operations across display, video, and native formats, collaborating closely with data, customer success, and technical teams.
Ensure seamless ad setup for maximum monetization, including debugging JSON/JS/bid request/VAST/VPAID integration issues and managing troubleshooting and escalations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans for any drops in metrics such as revenue, fill rate, bid rate, RPM, or other important KPIs.
Requirements- Proven 3 years experience in an ad-ops or technical account manager role within the digital advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical banner and video market standards (bid request, oRTB, safeframe, VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, etc.).
- Good understanding of web standards such as HTML, JS/JSON is highly recommended.
- Experience in the programmatic display or video industry is a plus.
A friendly and small-sized team that you can find in our offices near Lille or in Paris.
