About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth. You will work closely with our sales team to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building automation market
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Work closely with the sales team to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations
- Completed degree in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
- Several years of professional experience in business development, sales management, or key account management
- Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
- Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Fluently in French and really good English skills
