Cloud Transformation Strategist

At AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch), we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team as a Principal - Cloud Transformation Strategist. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing and the ability to drive transformation initiatives for our most complex and strategic commercial pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders at customer organizations to develop a comprehensive transformation strategy, leveraging AWS Cloud and Pan Amazon offerings.
- Earn the trust of C-level executives and build strong relationships to drive business outcomes.
- Develop compelling business cases and prepare board-ready presentations to communicate transformation strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Act as the AWS business sponsor for strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Engage in pursuits that span multiple Amazon businesses, driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership teams and Field Sales organization to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Amazon and partners to execute winning pursuits and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Shape and deliver transformation initiatives that meet the unique needs of our customers, leveraging Amazon's capabilities and expertise.
- 10+ years of experience in a technology-related pre-sales (solution-engineering) role, with a strong background in cloud computing.
- 5+ years of delivering enterprise-wide technology capabilities across multiple business units within large organizations.
- 3+ years of driving change or transformation programs using the cloud, with a proven track record of influencing non-technical executives.
- Experience working with customers running multi-hundred-million-dollar IT budgets, with a successful track record of executing large migrations to AWS.
- Established thought leadership in the technology community, with a strong voice through blogs, books, presentations, or other publications.
- Ability to empathize with large organizations' existing legacy systems, processes, and technologies, and develop a clear roadmap for transformation.
