International Sales Engineer for Decarbonisation of Industry

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in France and Europe, primarily focusing on the decarbonisation of industry.
This role involves:
1. Business Development and Commercial Project Management:
- Identify and develop new clients in France and Europe.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
2. Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Update and maintain commercial indicators for sales forecasts and performance.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven expertise in managing complex sales projects, especially with OEM or integrator clients.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- Passion for technical products and environments.
- Proficient in office suite; CRM and/or CPQ experience is a plus.
Attributes:
- Hunter/developer profile, capable of handling long sales cycles.
- Ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
- Team player with various stakeholders.
- Curious, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
