Position Overview:
  • Assisting the Group Executive Vice-President of Human Resources in all facets of organization and coordination.
  • Managing external stakeholders, schedules, and agendas to ensure seamless operations.
  • Arranging travel, accommodations, and logistical support for business engagements.
  • Coordinating both internal and external communications to maintain effective information flow.
  • Handling various administrative tasks and requests with precision.
  • Preparing and following up on essential documentation to support decision-making processes.
  • Organizing meetings and generating comprehensive reports for review.
  • Managing invoicing, expense reports, and budget oversight to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Formatting administrative documents in both French and English to meet corporate standards.
  • Planning and executing specific events as required.
Candidate Profile:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Office 360, Share Point) is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Service-oriented mindset to support team objectives.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and managing priorities.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances is necessary.
  • Strong work ethic and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Versatility in various administrative functions.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role is required.
