TechBiz Global GmbH, a leading IT recruitment company, is seeking a skilled and motivated professional for a Business Development Manager position at one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world.

This role involves:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the crypto space, focusing on Dutch, French, and German regions.
  2. Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to enhance brand visibility and promote existing products/services within the Web3 community, aiming to achieve quarterly growth targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to leverage KOLs and affiliates for effective marketing campaigns.
  4. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of KOLs and affiliates.
  5. Drive quality KOLs and affiliates to work with Bitmart.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of marketing activities, ensuring consistency with the overall marketing strategy.
  7. Monitor and analyze OKRs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  8. Update and manage content across various marketing channels, including regional social media, websites, and other platforms.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in marketing/BD in the web 3 industry, preferably with crypto exchanges, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing programs and working with influencers.
  2. Native/Professional Dutch/French/German speaker, fluent in both written and verbal English, fluent in additional languages a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of current web 3 trends, market dynamics, and key players, with a strong knowledge of the local culture and regulation.
  4. Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Workspace, Gleam, Twitter Analytics, and content management systems.
  5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, etc.
  6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  9. Must be based in the Europe timezone.
