Your Role
As a Financial Systems Analyst within the Global Markets department, specifically in the Booking & Post Trade Processes sector, you will join the Summit Derivatives team. This team is responsible for overseeing, managing, and evolving the information system (IS) Summit Derivatives Back Office, which supports derivative activities in Europe and internationally, including foreign exchange, interest rates, credit, and treasury.
The Summit Derivatives system plays a crucial role in the trade lifecycle, payments, confirmation management, accounting, regulatory compliance (EMIR, MMSR, SMMD, MIFID, HKTR, MAS, CFTC, CANADA), and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution of the IS architecture by leveraging the capabilities of the Finastra software;
- Support the business during the needs assessment phase and proactively propose relevant solutions;
- Draft functional specifications for teams and assist them in understanding the tasks to be performed;
- Develop and implement testing plans and provide support during user testing;
- Create and deliver presentations/training sessions and document committee meeting minutes;
- Collaborate with the software vendor on new requirements and track deliveries;
- Scope, plan, and coordinate projects and maintenance/support activities.
Work Environment
This position is based in a hybrid work environment, offering 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of additional leave per year, and on-site services such as dining, a gym, and corporate concierge services. About You

You hold a higher education degree and possess at least 7 years of experience in business analyst roles. You have expertise in:
- Market finance;
- Derivative products and Back Office-related activities (accounting, confirmations, payments, regulatory reporting);
- Project management and the entire project lifecycle;
- The Summit software and SQL language.
You are characterized by your autonomy, proactivity, and ability to propose innovative solutions. You are recognized for your teamwork skills and interpersonal relations, and you adapt well to change while being comfortable with oral presentations. Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required.
