About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Academy Manager to spearhead the development and management of our internal Sales Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap that aligns with our company goals and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a training strategy and roadmap for the Sales Academy, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and content gaps.
- Design and create engaging learning materials, resources, and modules for various sales roles and levels within the organization.
- Implement learning methodologies and tools to deliver efficient and scalable training programs.
- Establish evaluation metrics and conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Academy, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Lead a team of trainers and facilitators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, learning and development, or a related field, in an operational role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Sales Enablement tools or learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization, and with all cultures in Europe and North America.
- Fluent in English.
