About the Job
We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing the front office, supporting colleagues' development, and ensuring the smooth operation of hotel reception. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage resource planning and team development in collaboration with the Front Office Manager
- Ensure fair, timely, and business-oriented rostering of duties
- Maintain seamless check-in processes for guests at the hotel reception
- Provide support to colleagues during peak periods and adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements
- Completion of training in the hotel industry and relevant management experience
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to inspire staff and provide valuable insights to guests
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn from mistakes
- Friendly personality and ability to work effectively in a team environment
