As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our B2B client portfolio and managing existing accounts within the energy sector. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with ACT Commodities' expertise in Energy Savings Certificates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service and support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Manage and nurture existing contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive innovation in our offerings to meet evolving market demands.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, from contract signing to the delivery of Energy Savings Certificates, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of Energy Savings Certificates and their application within the energy sector.
  • Proven sales acumen and experience in developing and closing deals within a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the sustainable solutions industry.
