Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales enablement strategies to drive capacity-building in critical knowledge and proficiencies for ENGIE Impact's full commercial partnership potential.
  • Collaborate with business partners to design and deliver sales enablement programs that meet regional commercial objectives and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with the Director of Training to optimize capacity-building efforts and empower sales team leaders to support and reinforce training of their teams.
  • Forge and grow relationships with key ENGIE Impact stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of regional priorities and representation in all stages of the sales enablement strategy and plan process.
  • Develop and regularly report program progress against key performance indicators.
  • Embody and help create a culture aligned to ENGIE Impact's core values – trust, care, accountability, OneENGIE, and Safety & Integrity – through all aspects of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Formal training or certification in Learning and Development-related fields is preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on program management experience, including leadership of large, complex programs and corporate strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholder groups to develop and implement programs that deliver critical priorities and outcomes.
  • Skilled in relationship development and navigation to inspire participation and program success.
  • Experience measuring and reporting program performance to support continuous improvement.
