Job Description

Dayuse est une plateforme qui ouvre les portes des hôtels en journée à une nouvelle clientèle en quête d'expériences inédites. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Account Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à la croissance de notre portefeuille de partenaires hôteliers.

Responsabilités
  • Gestion et optimisation du portefeuille : garantir les prix et les disponibilités, maintenir les allotements, optimiser le chiffre d'affaires mensuel total.
  • Prospection et négociation avec les hôtels pour développer de nouvelles opportunités de collaboration.
  • Établir des recommandations personnalisées pour chaque hôtel afin d'optimiser les revenus, les réservations et le volume d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer la cohérence et la qualité des services proposés.
Compétences requises
  • Trilingue (français, anglais, espagnol ou portugais).
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en Account Management.
  • Excellent sens relationnel et capacité à entretenir des relations de qualité.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel).
