At Clarios, we're driving innovation and growth in the automotive aftermarket. As our dedicated Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our continued success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans with customers to create value and business results.
  • Provide monthly forecasts, track results, and develop corrective actions if needed.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with all management levels inside your customers.
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket African continent.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of functional reports, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges.
  • Fluent in French and English.
