Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement omni-channel outreach campaigns, leveraging channels like Email, LinkedIn, and Paid Ads.
  • Present quarterly and annual reports to key stakeholders, advocating for Belkins' services and demonstrating their impact.
  • Collaborate with our team of Project Managers, SDRs, Lead Researchers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and SEO Specialists to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure tasks are clear, deliverables are on track, quality is top-notch, and reports are sent out.
Requirements:
  • Strong English skills (C1-C2 level).
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B environment as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Client-facing Project Manager, with a focus on enterprise clients in the U.S. and EU markets.
  • Background in fields such as digital or email marketing, PR, content marketing, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent at presenting ideas, including complex concepts, in a clear and understandable way.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a knack for building strong team relationships.
  • Passionate about developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
