Key Responsibilities
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Lead and train the kitchen brigade effectively, fostering a well-organised and motivated team that delivers exceptional results.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menus that showcase our brand's culinary vision.
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times, meeting the high standards of our guests and our brand.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring that working rotas meet business needs and drive productivity.
- Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team, ensuring that our culinary excellence is consistently delivered.
- Stay informed about activities in other departments and their implications, ensuring a holistic understanding of our business.
- Manage customer relations when necessary, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Excellent grooming standards and a strong presence in the kitchen.
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Strong experience as a Sous Chef or previous Chef de Cuisine, with a proven track record of success.
