About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our international HR team at L-ACOUSTICS SAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and managing the Group's overall HR strategy in terms of Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Payroll for our French BUs ensuring deadline, accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and knowledge to successfully respond and comply with audits.
- Act as the primary liaison with Payroll System Integrator.
- Work as a key member with HRIS Technical Analyst to design and customize data integration in our HRIS solution (WORKDAY).
- Comply with legislation and branch agreements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position, including payroll expertise experience.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple high urgency projects.
- Adaptable and positive when faced with changing circumstances.
- Strict attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of data, and confidentiality required.
- Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze and resolve payroll issues.
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday HRIS & ADP is a plus.
- English.
