La risorsa selezionata lavorerà all'interno della Direzione Sales di Voyage Privé, sotto la responsabilità del Country Manager Italia, e si occuperà della linea editoriale del brand e della creazione di contenuti per il sito voyageprive.it.

Attività Principali
  • Selezionare, costituire e gestire un team di Redazione, formato da circa 3 persone.
  • Guidare l'attività della redazione (rileggere le schede prodotto, ecc.), convocare riunioni settimanali, garantire il reporting al rispettivo superiore, seguire l'andamento del KPI.
  • Gestire e coordinare la capacità di produzione dei contenuti.
  • Curarsi del rispetto della linea editoriale Voyage Privé e ottimizzare la presentazione delle offerte sul sito in una logica business.
  • Mantenere la qualità dei contenuti (visivi, testuali e video) e garantire il rispetto del sistema qualità.
  • Controllare la sezione vendite e analizzare i risultati del traffico delle offerte e del merchandising sul sito.
  • Organizzare punti di condivisione e garantire la gestione degli strumenti tecnici di back office.
  • Garantire l'attuazione di un'analisi delle best practice dei competitors in materia di contenuto (turismo, web, lusso).
Competenze Richieste
  • Laurea magistrale, spiccate competenze digitali e di business online, forte impronta al marketing.
  • Significativa esperienza nella creazione di contenuti, gestione di progetti e conduzione di un team.
  • Capacità di gestire progetti e organizzare compiti.
  • Ottima affidabilità, fiducia in se stessi, capacità di risolvere i problemi in modo creativo, e una volontà di superare costantemente le aspettative.
  • Madrelingua italiano. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Conoscenza del francese (plus).
  • Ottima comunicazione, siete confidenti e aperti, e sviluppatte naturalmente delle relazioni stabili con i vostri colleghi per arrivare più evidentemente al successo nei vostri compiti.
  • Una buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici e la conoscenza delle ultime tendenze digitali.
