About the Role

The HR Business Partner will play a central role in achieving the growth objectives of the AVIV Group by providing the best possible experience for employees throughout their lifecycle.

As an HR Business Partner, you will join the People & Organisation team at AVIV in France and report directly to Charlene, HR Director France. To support the growth of the Group, you will position yourself as a true partner to the Go to Market, BtoC Marketing, and Sales Performance teams in France (approximately 100 employees).

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the ambassador of the HR team and the compass for employees throughout their lifecycle in the company (career and evolution of their skills)
  • As a true coach, you will accompany and sensitize managers to good HR practices in an international environment (evaluation, follow-up of the performance of their teams, conflict resolution, disciplinary management)
  • Ambassador of our HR philosophy, you will deploy the Group's HR processes on your perimeter (evaluation campaigns, internal mobility...) and also animate the performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession plans
  • Expert in the accompanied trades, you will contribute to the creation of our trade reference books and the definition of career paths
  • You will also actively participate in the Group's global HR projects: implementation of a HRIS, onboarding journey, engagement survey...

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in an HRBP position, ideally in an international environment and/or in contexts of change
  • You have a good level of English
  • You are familiar with French labor law
  • You have excellent relational and writing skills
  • You have already worked on the Workday HRIS tool, ideally
  • You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are agile and flexible
