Job Title:

Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator to support the implementation of our global CSR strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Information and Communication Senior Manager and the Executive Management Office Associate Director to coordinate and follow up on CSR Action Plan milestones for social, local development/legacy, governance, and environmental projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and participate in CSR Committee meetings
  • Organize and participate in sub-committees/groups to ensure delivery of CSR action points
  • Liaise daily/weekly with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of initiatives
  • Follow up on the Action Plan to update KPIs in our online tracking tool
  • Liaise with external CSR agencies to ensure long-term vision is adhered to
  • Contribute to CSR-related initiatives and communications (organizing, documentation, etc.) to support internal communication
  • Deliver content for the yearly CSR report
  • Operate market benchmarking for certifications or initiatives benefiting HBS
  • Lead carbon footprint calculation efforts and plans reduction initiatives with relevant department(s)
  • Become the reference for internal stakeholders on all CSR topics; provide speakers with elements to promote HBS actions in all CSR aspects
  • Proficient in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 and all Office applications
  • Skilled at fostering a cooperative atmosphere
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Well-organized and a quick learner
  • Capacity to defend a project in front of stakeholders
  • Proficient with tools, technology, and data management
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Requirements:
  • Proficient in English and French, both verbal and written
