Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mission Manager for Client Satisfaction to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving client satisfaction and promoting social responsibility within our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client satisfaction data for our region, including three markets (individuals, professionals, and businesses), to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to defining axes for improving client satisfaction based on key performance indicators.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop action plans to enhance the client experience.
  • Meet with regional actors to promote a culture of client orientation.
  • Pilot and coordinate the regional social responsibility roadmap and implemented actions.
  • Propose and promote local and regional social responsibility initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal communication and awareness-raising among colleagues.

About You

We are looking for a student with a Bac+4/5 degree in a related field, such as sustainability or client satisfaction. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
