About the Role
This position will support the marketplace team in achieving Pandora's vision of becoming a true omni retailer, offering a connected and consistent experience across channels in France and Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of all omni services, including click and collect and endless aisle, in the French and Spanish markets.
- Assist in providing regular commercial insights to relevant teams, working closely with retail operations to report on key performance indicators.
- Participate in local A/B test initiatives to leverage the omnichannel proposition, reduce friction points in the customer journey, and improve overall customer experience.
- Support the rollout of new omnichannel features and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to stay ahead of the competition in France.
- Assist in driving customer adoption of click and collect in France, working with retail operations, marketing, and ecommerce teams to drive the omnichannel messaging to customers and increase uptake, taking a customer-centric approach.
Marketplace Rollout and Trading
- Support the France and Spain marketplace rollout, negotiation, and support, working closely with external partners and cross-functional teams to gain buy box through minimizing unauthorized sellers and having the right inventory in place with optimal marketing support.
- Provide regular updates on product performance, forecasts, and commercial insights to relevant teams.
- Work with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to manage marketing and product plans and agree on promotional and trading calendars.
- Be responsible for range management and maintenance of the branded storefront.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to build and own forecasts and commercial planning.
- Work with legal and wholesale teams to manage the processes required to remove unauthorized sellers.
- Monitor and audit authorized and unauthorized e-tailers operating inside and outside of marketplaces.
- Work with relevant sales and operations team members to ensure compliance with policies, processes, etc., related to service and e-tailing guidelines.
- Act as a single point of contact for all French and Spanish marketplace and online wholesale inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and French, with Spanish language being a plus.
- Experience with omnichannel platforms and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics, Elevate, or similar.
- Experience with Mirakl.
- A good standard of computer literacy, including the use of all Microsoft Office programs.
