Client Engagement Training Leader

In this role, you will be an integral part of the development team, reporting directly to the Customer Success team leader. Your primary focus will be on the distribution, activation, and effective utilization of MEG premium licenses within our network of accounting firms. Driven by the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding our portfolio, you will leverage available resources to ensure the successful adoption and satisfaction of your client base.

Your diverse responsibilities will encompass:
  • Facilitating Premium training sessions
  • Guiding our accounting firms and their clients through onboarding processes on various topics: training, communication, tools, support, etc., empowering them to be self-sufficient in their endeavors
  • Identifying potential revenue growth opportunities (such as the prospect of purchasing additional licenses or the need for further training) to be communicated to the sales team
  • Assessing satisfaction levels, gathering feedback, and collecting testimonials from users for the marketing team
