e2f, inc. is a leader in human language technology, and we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment efforts, focusing on project-based recruitment, vendor management, data analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Headhunt and recruit top talent for project-based positions, working closely with project managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with company standards and project requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes, creating detailed reports and visualizations to communicate recruitment performance and trends to stakeholders.
- Utilize and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and providing regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through automation and other efficiencies, implementing new technologies and processes to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Crowdsourcing, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Extensive background in vendor management, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with ATS management and implementation of recruitment automation tools, as well as strong skills in reporting and visualization of reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
