Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager for TYM North America Inc plays a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships within a designated territory for TYM products. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, and evaluating sales performance in line with established goals and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the territory for wholesale and/or retail sales.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of sales initiatives within the territory.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
- Provide regular reports on territory sales performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement local campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Provide training and support to customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record in territory management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
