Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager at DataGalaxy will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving ongoing success. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, resolve issues, and enhance the value they gain from our platform. You will also identify customer needs and provide tailored guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in partnership with Account Managers:
    • Provide daily support in product utilization
    • Assess and prioritize client needs
    • Assist with implementation and best practices
    • Foster client loyalty to drive account revenue through upselling
  • Address inquiries to help clients maximize their use of DataGalaxy
  • Monitor action plans and evaluate performance indicators, focusing on account retention
  • Analyze user experiences and suggest improvements
  • Engage in strategic account committees
  • Audit and document use cases for a comprehensive understanding of platform usage, feeding insights to Product, Marketing, Sales, and other clients
  • Track platform usage metrics (Healthcheck) and initiate actions for retention and growth
  • Measure and analyze key customer satisfaction indicators

Goals:

  • Acquire new clients
  • Facilitate additional sales
  • Retain existing clients

Collaboration:

  • Work with the Product team to relay customer feedback and requests
  • Create and maintain content, deliverables, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the data/information management sector (data governance, data quality, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze the Data Governance landscape and articulate the value proposition of DataGalaxy
  • Proficiency in statistical measurement and analysis techniques
  • Functional knowledge in:
    • Data governance
    • Change management
  • Fluency in English
