Le poste de Contract Manager F/H est un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe Construction et Achats du groupe Qair France. En tant que Contract Manager, vous serez responsable de la rédaction et de la négociation des contrats de fournitures et de travaux, notamment pour la construction d'usines d'hydrogène vert en support de l'équipe dédiée aux projets H2.
Missions- Rédaction et négociation des contrats : Vous serez responsable de la rédaction et de la négociation des contrats de fournitures et de travaux, en tenant compte des besoins du projet et des exigences du groupe Qair France.
- Gestion des risques : Vous devrez identifier et gérer les risques associés aux contrats, notamment les risques financiers, juridiques et de planning.
- Collaboration avec les équipes : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Construction et Achats, ainsi que avec les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes.
- Amélioration continue : Vous devrez contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la procédure d'achat et des contrats, en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration et en proposant des solutions.
- Rédaction et négociation contractuelle : Vous devez avoir une excellente connaissance de la rédaction et de la négociation des contrats, ainsi que de la gestion des risques associés.
- Gestion des risques : Vous devez être capable d'identifier et de gérer les risques associés aux contrats, notamment les risques financiers, juridiques et de planning.
- Connaissances en industrie : Vous devez avoir des connaissances approfondies en industrie, en construction et dans le secteur de l'énergie.
- Connaissances des procédures réglementées : Vous devez avoir une excellente connaissance des procédures réglementées des Achats privés.
- Esprit d'équipe : Vous devez être capable de travailler en équipe et de collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
