As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant at BestDrive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience while supporting the smooth operation of our automotive service center.

You'll be part of a dedicated team working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet customers both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate appointments between our workshop technicians and customers, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Offer initial sales assistance and product recommendations to customers, guiding them towards suitable solutions for their needs.
  • Assist with maintaining a well-organized reception area and restocking products as needed.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
  • Maintain our sales administration tools and records, contributing to efficient data management.
  • Monitor customer payments and manage accounting documents, upholding financial accuracy.
  • Ensure proper cash management procedures are followed, safeguarding company funds.

Is detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in computer skills (including ERP systems and Microsoft Office). Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy are essential for success in this role.
