Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead the migration of our data to the Cloud from our On Prem Data Centers. As a member of the program management team, you will be responsible for driving the Migration flow of the BeOdyssey program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other relevant parties, to provide updates on program status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact the program's objectives, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget, and assess the impact of those changes on the program's overall objectives in collaboration with the Change Manager.
  • Track the progress of individual projects within the program, compile status reports, and present updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, to ensure that information is accurate and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management activities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a program management role, preferably in technology or the music industry.
  • Mastery of project management and associated tools.
  • University degree in a relevant field, preferably in business management, computer science, or a related discipline.
