{"h1": "Field Industrial Engineer Role", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Field Industrial Engineer to join our team in Gien, France. As a Field Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing methods for New Equipment and Bex activities, ensuring continuous improvement and documentation, and testing methods on test towers and job sites. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the methods are aligned with our Safety Standards and work on job sites. Additionally, you will harmonize different installation methods within Otis worldwide and include field requirements in ATOR and ensure that the field requirements are met. You will also interface between Engineering and Field at each step of the Product Development Process and ensure design team collaboration for layouts, wiring diagrams, and parameters. You will also measure and ensure estimated time is well applicable on site and go on job sites to meet users and get their needs. You will also communicate with mechanical and Field Operations Department leads about new findings and updates and deal with Field Turn Backs. To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an engineering degree, be English speaking, and have a safety-oriented mindset. You will also need to be familiar with methods software, have good spatial vision, and be able to detect possible problems in 2D and 3D drawings. You will also need to be innovative to ease and make Field more efficient and able to bring all needs together and implement the best solution applicable to all countries. You will also need to understand quality standards, norms, and regulations and have a collaborative communication style. You will also need to be autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented and have a sense of service and team spirit.
