Job Summary:
The Sales & Education Executive is responsible for driving the commercial performance of their business area through instore sales, education, and events. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage the commercial performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in-store training programs, implement and translate training materials, and upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques.
- Lead and plan large-scale trainings in the region, including classroom and convention-style events.
- Build strong relationships with HQ training teams and support and train beauty advisors prior to and during all animations to deliver maximum ROI.
- Manage and control product incentives with retailers for in-store personnel and training kits for retailer HQ.
- Lead by example by driving sales on the shop floor and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Report stock and tester issues, ensure gondola hygiene standards are at a high level, and provide feedback on trends in the market and key sales opportunities for events and activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty and retail sales.
- Experience in training and education in-store, classroom, and large-scale conventions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English, organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 80% of the time.
