Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

MACOM is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support our field application team activities in microelectronic test package products, MMIC demonstrator assembly, and test bench setup.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform DC&RF measurements of final packaged products
  • Assemble high frequency MMICs, including die attachment and PCB assembly
  • Assemble DC and RF cables and connectors
  • Generate internal and external reports
  • Communicate non-conformances and work with Quality and Manufacturing to drive corrective actions
  • Perform routine SAP transactions to move, disposition, and route material
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge in RF microwave field
  • Knowledge and experience in performing electronic measurement
  • Knowledge of devices and RF microwave measurement techniques
  • Characterization & knowledge of the main RF microwave active and passive components
  • Contribute to the realization, calibration, and troubleshooting of microwave test bench
  • Provide support to produce microwave modules of products
  • Ability to work from technical drawings, sketches, and specifications
  • Working knowledge of office tools (Excel and Word)
  • Safe handling of ESD sensitive materials
  • Good report writing skills
  • Fluent in French
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly or electronic fields
  • Higher education (BAC +2) or a professional license in the electronic or physical measure field
  • Intermediate level in English
