Are you eager to make a significant impact and contribute to the advancement of our organization? As a Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will act as a technical expert and trusted consultant for our sales team, clients, partners, and the broader community. Your role will involve comprehending and addressing our clients' business challenges with the Elastic Stack, engaging the local Elastic community through various initiatives, and empowering sales through our partnerships. A successful Solutions Architect at Elastic will prioritize excellence, proactively seeking to enhance both personal and team capabilities through continuous learning and challenging existing norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the primary technical liaison for your assigned accounts and account managers.
  • Identifying new use cases in Cyber Security, AIOps , and Search within your designated area.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of customers' objectives and articulating how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Establishing and nurturing value-driven relationships at all levels within client organizations.
  • Actively engaging in all stages of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to achieving technical success.
  • Cultivating and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Elastic products and solutions to effectively demonstrate their value during sales meetings and events.
  • Advising the sales team on optimal strategies for positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboarding, training, and empowering our partners while supporting them throughout the sales process.
  • Creating marketing materials, contributing to initiatives, and collaborating with fellow Elasticians to address individual client requirements.
  • Representing the voice of the customer and community to relay needs, gaps, and enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams.
  • Enhancing both your sales and technical expertise through self-directed learning while leveraging the professional development opportunities provided by Elastic.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in a technical presales role.
  • Sufficient experience in selling and implementing technology to gain customer trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and promote the advantages of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
  • A genuine passion for curiosity and lifelong learning, investing in both personal growth and professional relationships.
  • A history of fostering successful customer relationships, understanding key differentiators, and devising solutions that meet objectives or solve challenges.
  • Strong influencing skills, with a track record of persuading teams regarding ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns.
  • Ability to inspire both large and small groups.
  • Willingness to travel 25%-30% within the region, with occasional international travel.
