About the Role

Main Activities

  • Develop and implement strategic program initiatives across the Orange Business Campus group, working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure success, and conduct regular program reviews and evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all program activities align with organizational objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful programs.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives, and mentoring junior program managers and team members.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for Orange Business Campus project initiatives, developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

About You

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, with PMP certification a plus.
  • Good understanding of Orange Products and Strategy.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
