What you'll do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our TPM team to drive complex technical programs across Doctolib's organization to achieve business outcomes and ensure the delivery of an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.

You will report to our Director of TPM and work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical programs while translating Doctolib's vision to results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Organizing program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadership
  • Establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Reviewing technical design decisions, assessing engineering practices, and ensuring programs' dependencies are addressed for effective delivery
  • Communicating effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status
  • Developing and implementing processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Supporting continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery

Who You Are

If you have a strong background in software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and you are driven and outcome-focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years of experience in software industry and technical program management
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues
  • Ability to think critically and objectively; with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders
  • Business fluency in English
