Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Customer Engagement Specialist (m/f/x) at Cowboy. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where you will serve as a key representative of our innovative electric bike brand.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft an exceptional experience for our customers, establishing a genuine connection while showcasing your enthusiasm for our products and their contribution to modern urban transportation. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our bicycles and their market positioning, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers in both French and English.

At Cowboy, we prioritize 'customer obsession', striving to deliver a seamless experience from the initial discovery phase through to ongoing support. Our mission is to transform urban mobility by fostering lasting relationships built on trust and care, while integrating advanced mobile services and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador for all Cowboy products, providing expert advice and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Take ownership of your sales initiatives, driving business growth for Cowboy.
  • Communicate your expertise daily through various channels including chat, phone, in-person, or email.
  • Organize and conduct Test Rides, engaging potential customers and demonstrating the features of our bikes.
  • Follow up with customers post-Test Rides to nurture relationships and explore business opportunities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure and welcoming retail environment.
  • Ensure the shop floor is well-presented and organized.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:
  • Have experience in customer-facing roles, adept at building trusted relationships.
  • Possess a passion for customer service and community engagement.
  • Are familiar with sales or similar customer-oriented positions.
  • Have a strong interest in bicycles and urban mobility solutions.
  • Are fluent in both French and English.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail is advantageous, but we welcome candidates from hospitality, sales, or other customer-centric backgrounds.
