Job Summary

The OECD is seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure the efficient management of the Director's office of the Country Studies Branch (CSB). The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Director and Deputy Director, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and disseminate communications and information arriving in the Director's office, prioritizing and identifying issues requiring follow-up.
  • Manage the review process of reports and papers prepared in the Branch, proposing improvements as needed.
  • Liaise with the Head of Department's office, other directorates in OECD, and institutions and organisations in Member countries.
  • Keep staff in CSB, ECO, and the Organisation informed about relevant matters.
Requirements
  • Very good secondary level of education and training, preferably as an Executive Secretary.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as an executive assistant to a senior national or high-level official, or equivalent, preferably in an international environment.
  • Good general knowledge of the structure and activities of the Organisation and very good knowledge of and/or capacity to quickly learn the administrative rules and procedures of the Organisation.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and international environment, with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract duration is two years, with the possibility of renewal.
